Venus
Venus is our newest beachside retreat, perfectly positioned on South Padre Island, Texas. This stunning property features four designer two- and three-bedroom escapes just a half block from the pristine shoreline—an easy two-minute walk to sink your toes into the sand.
Designed with modern contemporary luxury in mind, each residence blends elevated finishes, curated furnishings, and airy coastal tones to create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Unwind in the heated pool, gather around the iconic Cosmic Cactus mural for sunset photos, and enjoy resort-style amenities that make every stay effortless. Astra
Astra House features two custom-designed duplexes in tranquil Port Isabel, blending modern Mediterranean elegance with astro-inspired details. Ideal for sophisticated space enthusiasts and families, each twin home—Astra #1 and Astra #2—boasts a unique space-themed game room, terracotta finishes, warm wood accents, and playful millwork.
Located just across the bridge from South Padre Island and only 15 minutes from the beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to sun-soaked shores while returning to peaceful coastal charm. The shared backyard offers a heated pool, charcoal grill, ample lounge seating, and dining space. Just blocks from prime launch views, Astra House is a luxurious retreat for relaxation and adventure.
Orion
Right next door to Astra, Orion is a custom home with a bold mid-century modern, space cowboy flair. With polished concrete floors, cedar-beamed vaulted ceilings, Southwestern prints and patterns, and bespoke ash and quartz kitchens and baths, you’ll feel transported to Space: The Final Frontier.
Located in tranquil Port Isabel just across the bridge from South Padre Island, Orion is only 15 minutes from the beach—close enough for effortless days in the sand, yet peacefully removed from the crowds.
Orion consists of three separate homes: a one-bedroom condo, a two-bedroom home, and a three-bedroom home. The three units share an outdoor charcoal grill and dining area, along with a heated pool and lounge space perfect for tanning, relaxing, and sunset barbecues.
Luna
Luna house is a collection of six one-bedroom beach cottages, each with their own private south-facing backyard patios. These casual and cozy condos have brand new open-concept kitchens with quartz cabinetry and an extra large dine-in island.
Located just a half block from the soft sand of South Padre Island, Luna is centrally located and just a 2 minute walk from the beach, ideal for ocean swims and lazy tanning days. It is a short walk from the entertainment district and perfect for being close to all the excitement of South Padre.
